You can expect your first appointment to take anywhere from one to three hours depending on vehicle type. We’ll go through a mechanical and electrical vehicle inspection, complete your interlock installation, complete the administrative paperwork, and provide interlock device training and troubleshooting. Plus, we will help you understand the state legal requirements for your program. Lastly, you will schedule your first monitoring check and calibration appointment.
To prepare for installation, please bring a valid photo ID (Driver’s License, Military ID, or Passport), vehicle registration, and any documents pertaining to your case (court order). If you are not the registered owner of the vehicle, a notarized Owner’s Consent to Installation form or the owner of the vehicle can go to the appointment with you.
